Best in Show
If you didn’t see this on eBay, I’m posting it because you really ought see it. I want it and I want it in my size. Someone, please find it for me. Today. Tomorrow. Any time. Just email me if you find one, ‘k?

Here’s the print:

The dress is by Serbin, a line that never seems to disappoint. I’ve seen dresses by this company that are really sweet and usually quite cute. Tell me–is this dog show dress cute er what? It’s even got pom-pon dingle balls on the hem. I can’t stand it.
I will wear it when I enter my dog Oslo in a world’s cutest mutt contest. I think he would win.

I really love the pom poms at the bottom of the dress. Oslo is a super cute dog, and unlike my dog, will pose for photos so that other people can appreciate his exceptional cuteness! Thanks for the pics!
Hi Karen–thanks! Oslo is Mr. Photogenic. He seems to like being in front of the camera. I have to say, I’m pretty partial to this guy. He’s my main man. (I’m so glad my other dog can’t read. I love him, too, but he definitely suffers second child syndrome.)
Every year I make a dog print dress to judge the April Fool-ish Dog show at Fort Jackson,, I too need that dress!
Oslo looks part hsuky. My Luke is a bigger b/w version of Oslo.
Theresa, Hi! Oslo is part Husky.
This dress would be great for your judging gig. Sounds like fun.
Well if all else fails, you might be able to recreate the fabric at Spoonflower. I am not sure if there would be any copyright issues or not, however.
And I could so hug that doggy, then go play and play until he ran my butt ragged!
Hi, Lorrwill. Enjoy seeing you here as I always notice your comments (and photo) in the comment section on Dress a Day.
I could recreate this print, but I might be tempted to tamper with the color scheme which, although it’s EXACTLY what you’d expect and want from the dress, it’s just a bit too patriotic looking for me.
Who knows? Perhaps there’s a substitute for dress somewhere out there. (I have seen some close “seconds” but nothing that has me as smitten.) All I know is that I saw the thing on eBay and watched it all the while it was on auction and pined like a broken hearted school girl for it.
I’m sure you’d have a great time with Oslo. He loves to re-connect with his inner working dog traits. Pulling me around is one of his favorite sports.
Thanks for dropping by…
Oslo was a wise man in a past life. Just look at those eyes!
