Two Tone Vintage 50s Gray and Black Full Skirt Dress  -  SOLD
Contrasting Striped Gores * Sedate Yet Alluring
Gray is one of those neutral colors that seems to just "turn on" once you pair it with a splash of color. Imagine this LGD (Little Gray Dress) with some contrasting red accessories Or purple. Or mustard. Or royal blue. Why not spice up this sedate color with a nice hit of something bright and fun?

The dress is a medium shade of heathered rayon fabric. It's probably a blend with some silk. There's a touch of sheen to it. This classically '50s dress has a shirtwaist bodice lined with little self-fabric buttons and loop button holes. The collar is trimmed in a contrasting fabric of deep gray and black stripes. (By all means, flick that collar up for a bit of extra flair.) Underneath the self-fabric belt, there's a very full, fourteen gored skirt! Each gore alternates from stripey pattern to solid. There are shoulder pads built-in and the dress zips on the side.

If you're in the mood for gray this season (and who isn't?) then you better grab winsome little gray dress. You sure won't have to do much to make this one come alive again. It's ready for your spin on the LGD.
