Folks in Chicago are still mourning the loss of our beloved Marshall Field's. Just the other day, there were a bunch of black clad women marching around in pointy toed boots in front of the store. Wait. Those were angry shoppers, not mourners.

Anyway, 'tis a supreme delight to offer this vintage bag made by Block. There's a hangtag on it that notes the price as $17.75--marked down from $28. It also says 1976, so maybe this is a 70s bag, but it sure reads as 50s/60s.

The purse is made of vinyl. That's a good thing if you're an animal lover. It's a bad thing if you're a vinyl rights activist.

This handbag is seriously cute. It's like black licorice Nibs. Also, there are shiny gold tone findings on it. The clasp is super sturdy and strong. The handles are all in perfect shape--all four of them. Pocketed interior is lined in faille.

Condition=great. Box bag=adorable. You carrying it=lucky lady!
