We're mad about novelty prints, so imagine the delight when this one walked in at Lucitebox. It's a rare and lovely vintage 40s print that's done in a simple, smart shirtwaist style. The skirt is nicely gored, the bodice decorated with little black plastic buttons dotted with rhinestone. Those details are nice enough, but the real standout is the print. It's just darling! What's more, the colorway is perfect. It's a neat shade of greenish aqua blue with accents in black and plum.

This dress is likely a custom made number. It's made of soft rayon fabric. It's got a matched belt. The button holes are hand-done (and so sweet.)

Condition:
Very good. There is a slight discoloration at the neckline, inside the collar. It does not show when worn. Belt is slightly off from the dress because that was not washed when I laundered the dress. There are no stains on the dress.
