Ombre Purple Vintage 50s Sundress with Bolero -
SOLD
When the temperatures soar, you'll be glad you have this blueberry smoothie, cotton cutie on your body. It's a smart sundress from the '50s that's got a delightful colorway that's both fruity and moody--all purple-y, golden-y, chartreuse-y and blue.
What's not to love when you've got not just a dress, but also, a bolero to boot? The jacket is neatly cropped and has generous shoulder pads. The dress is a sunny affair with a large inverted pleat in the front. That same inverted pleat is repeated when you turn around for a back view of the bolero!
This sweet dress is so, so darling. It's made by Ann Foster, a manufacturer that seems to do a great job of understanding how to lay out a pattern so that every little thing aligns perfectly. That's no easy task!
The dress closes in the back with a metal zipper. It's got it's original belt, too!
Buy yourself a smoothie and take a pull on that straw. Natch, this dress has pockets for your change, too. Oh, you lucky little doll. You know you're going to look great in this fabulously stylish summer dress.
