This vintage 50s garden party dress brings to life a veritable fantasy of blue foliage. It's a fantastic textile--delicate, intricate eyelet lace with embroidered edges. The "lace" pattern that repeats can be described as an orb with cut out squares surrounding it. It's machine made and so ornately detailed.

The dress has a fitted bodice with smallish cap sleeves and a straight, slim skirt. The waist is defined by thin satin piping. There's a kick pleat in the back for ease of motion. The dress is lined in lovely bright turquoise silk.

Vintage dresses like this make any warm weather occasion special. We think it's a fantastic choice for a summer wedding or a special date night. Really--this dress is just pretty.
