A summer dress like this is so easy to dress up with neutrals or white. It's a delightful cotton affair that features a print that's reminiscent of Lilly Pulitzer. The shape is great. It's a tank style that then falls to an a-line cut that's cool and comfortable. At the hem, there's a sweet little ruffle for accent. The vibrant pink and green pansy print is darling.
