Tweedy Brown Vintage 50s Full Skirt Dress -
SOLD
This '50s dress is cute. It's very prim. It's mighty proper. It seems to say, " Am adorable or what?"
There's a charming peter pan collar that's trimmed and accented with black faille. The bracelet length sleeves are also trimmed with black faille. The buttons are jet black faceted glass. The dress has princess seams that give way to a multi-gored skirt with plenty of room to sashay in it.
The textile is slubbed and has a kind of tweedy effect in rich cocoa brown and black. (Pretty sure this is shagbark) It's textured on the front and smooth on the back. It's mid-weight and has some drape to it.
To be sure, the design details and silhouette of this sweet dress get the Lucitebox stamp of approval. [STAMP!]
You're already charming and marvelous, why don't you make that even more obvious? Wear a nice vintage dress.

Very good to excellent, however, the black faille trim on the collar and the sleeves has ironing shine.
