This lace dress is a beauty. It's entirely comprised of sheer black lace that loops and swirls around floral netting. This is lightweight and very lovely.

The dress features a high neckline with a small ruffle. That same ruffle is repeated at the cuffs. There's a slim black velvet neck bow built-into the dress, too.

The skirt here has an amazing very, very full sweep--yards of perfect lace make for some amazing twirling possibilities. The dress closes in the back with a long metal zipper.

No labels help us date it, but we think it's from the later half of the 40s, possibly vintage 50s. Whatever its age, it's a gorgeous example of an all black lace. It's romantic and just right for right now.
