Exotic Bohemian Vintage 70s Embroidered Maxi Dress -
SOLD
At lucitebox, embroidery is popular. Chain stitch embroidery is really popular. This gown has lots of it and that's why we like it. Of course, it doesn't hurt that it's a killer example of funky as it was done in the 1970s. Just look at the label! The dress is made by Funky.
The jet black gown has a very low cut neckline that's trimmed in Indian inspired multi-color floral motifs. . Shishe, those tiny bits of round mirror, are also featured on the trim. The bodice is fitted and the skirt fluidly falls to the floor. Deep long slits are show off plenty of leg. The dress closes in the back with a long zipper.
This exotic dress is a stand-out. We think it really looks great on Sabrina, too.
Condition:
Very good to good. The original owner must have been dissatisfied with how low this was cut. The bodice is stitched up the center and done in an amateur way. See last photo
