This vintage 70s dress is made of cotton hopsack. The bodice is jet black with a scooping neckline and double straps at the shoulders. There's a lush velvet, built-in belt with a bow accenting the waist. The superstar here is the print on the skirt. The gi-normous poppies on the skirt have a gorgeous painterly quality.
