Low Cut Illusion Vintage 50s Vanity Fair Gown -
SOLD
With its low cut, exquisitely embroidered illusion bodice, this vintage 50s Vanity Fair gown is a knock-out piece of lingerie. It's made from nylon tricot and features truly lovely details--the kind you only find with a great manufacturer like Vanity Fair.
First, the fabric itself is always soft and smooth and silky. The bodice has an illusion inset, sweetheart cups and then, dramatically pleated sheer wide straps that meet at the waist inset. Then, the skirt itself is very full and trimmed in a fabric that matches the shoulder and bust treatment. Now, turn around and look at the back. It's SO low cut! And, again, more of that scrolling embroidery for accent.
If you only have one vintage nightgown, make it a Vanity Fair. And if this one is your size, then grab it because it probably won't be here long.
