Prettiest Vintage 50s Vanity Fair Night Gown -
SOLD
This romantic vintage 50s negligee is so utterly pretty! We're smitten by the bodice. The bust has an overlay of deep café au lait sheer nylon. The illusion effect is entirely sexy.
The cups on this gown are made of creamy nylon that's trimmed in exquisite antique white lace. This lace is heavenly. It's extremely intricate and well executed as one would expect from vintage Vanity Fair.
The gown itself is an unusual color. It's a shade of powder blue that's mixed with lavender and steel gray. More café au lait sheer nylon finishes the hem.
To the boudoir, get thee!
Condition:
VERY GOOD to GOOD. There's one alteration. The waist seam is hand sewn because the original owner shortened the bodice. It's a hand-rolled edge and it's possible that this was once a full length gown. Two tiny pindot holes located on the skirt.
