Adorable Vintage 60s Heart Print Tie Blouse -
SOLD
This heart print blouse is so sweet it almost gave me a toothache. It's actually not a print, but those red hearts are woven into the fabric. (You can see that in the close-up photo.) And, what interesting fabric it is. It's slightly lacey in effect and creates a stripe pattern reminding one of flat woven trims. It feels soft yet somewhat stiff, like a cotton poly blend.
This top is home sewn and very well done. There are darts moving upwards to the bust from the hip. The built-on tie is just long enough tie neatly without looking overly fussy. The blouse closes in the back with a long nylon zipper and snaps at the back of the neck.
Adorable fabric and a cute cut--we love this fun blouse!
