Pretty Vintage 60s Embroidered Floral Beaded Cardigan -
SOLD
There's a truism by which we at Lucitebox live. "You can never have too many nice vintage cardigans." It's a truism, because it's TRUE! So true. There's not a day in your life when you can't just throw on a cardigan and make everything better. (Okay, if you live in Libya that might not be true because it is very hot there, but you get the point.) Vintage cardigans rule.
Let's take this little gem from the '60s. Yes. It would pass for a '50s cardigan. (You don't need to tell the purists it's really a '60s piece.) What a wonderful and winsome separate this is. It's an heirloom in the making.
What it's got:
- Sparkly silvery beads!
- Pink 3-d embroidered flowers!
- Fully fashioned sleeves!
- Pearly white buttons!
- Guaranteed mood enhancing properties!
Yeah...that last one is subjective, but we don't doubt that a sweater like this will make anyone happier.
It's made of super soft white (true white) acrylic that feels and behaves a lot like cashmere. It's a somewhat lightweight sweater which is perfect for Summer at the meat locker (aka, your over airconditioned office.) It is a lovely Spring sweater, too. And, if you don't live in Libya, you can probably wear it all seasons.
Any time is a good time to add to your vintage cardigan collection. This one's going to go fast, so please click "buy me" before someone beats you to it.
