Hubba-hubba, this is a sexy top. It's a black crepe bombshell from the '50s that's waiting to burst. The blouse is a natural when paired with a slim pencil skirt of cigarette pants. See that central draping detail? It's a nice saucy tie at the waist with some draping and seaming that accents the midriff.
